Product Options

For every item listed Lektronix normally offer four different options depending on the solution you require. Find out more about buying new, refurbished and service exchange or about getting your item repaired.

New Equipment

We offer a wide range of new items from the leading industrial automation manufacturers. New items available are covered by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty as applicable. New items are usually dispatched within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment.

If a new item is no longer available to purchase from the OEM, the Lektronix procurement team may still be able to source a new item from our extensive worldwide network of suppliers or we may be able to advise on a suitable alternative.

Refurbished Equipment

Refurbished/surplus items are available from stock and are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Our refurbished items normally represent substantial savings over the cost of buying new.

All our refurbished stock is 100% functionally tested (subject to part supplied and test rig availability) prior to dispatch and all items carry our full 12-month return to base warranty. The items will be packaged in either Lektronix packaging or in some cases items may be in their original packing. Some items may not come with accessories or manual(s) normally supplied when buying new. Most items will have been used previously and some discolouration or marking may have occurred. The photograph is representative only and may differ from the item you receive.

Service Exchange

If you have a faulty item that you wish to exchange for a working version then we can offer a service exchange solution. We will supply a refurbished/surplus item in return for you sending your faulty unit back to Lektronix.

If the returned item proves to be un-repairable then Lektronix reserve the right to charge the difference between the 'service exchange price' and the 'refurbished price' as published on our website at the time of sale before or after dispatching the refurbished item to you.

We can dispatch the item to you before you send your faulty item back but in these circumstances we would require payment for the full amount of the 'refurbished price'. When we receive your faulty item and it passes our inspection then we will refund the difference to you using the same method you selected during payment.

Repair Your Existing Equipment

If you have a faulty item then you can send it to Lektronix for repair. Our published repair prices are fixed, the price you see is the price you pay. Our typical repair time is 5-7 days from receipt of your item.

Items without a price can be sent in for a free assessment. After assessing your faulty item we will email a fixed price, no obligation, quotation to you. We will then await your confirmation that you wish to proceed with the repair.
